  The Granary Schnitzel House is an amazing establishment in the heart of the cozy town of Eganville. My wife and I often make trips through Eganville to visit friends and family in the Bancroft area. Any time we do, we make sure to plan a visit to the Granary. The schnitzel here is just incredible; we've tried many of the different options on the menu and they are all great. The staff are always kind and prompt as well. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

  The spinach cheese dip and escargots were the worst we ever had. The entrées must cater to seniors as they absolutely had no flavor, and were very bland. Thoe the restaurant was quiet the servers were slow, atmosphere was very bright and not cozy at all.

  We found a hair in the food, we brought this to the server's attention who was highly unapologetic about it. Wait time is long. We wanted to charge our phones as we were heading to long trip ahead, but they removed phone from charging. That was rude. On the other hand they have some great paintings on display and to sell which can be enjoyed while waiting for the food.

  Schnitzel was great... Wish I could say the same about everything else on the plate. Barely thawed frozen vegetables being the most unfortunate addition to the plate.
